-Previous work experience includes: Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments with APSEA (Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority), Education Assistant supporting students who are blind or partially sighted with UGDSB, CNIB-Deafblind Services Literacy Instructor, Freelance Intervenor and Intervenor for the Canadian Deafblind Association
-Previous Board member of the Intervenor Organization of Ontario
-Fluent in American Sign Language and proficiency with UEB (Unified English Braille Code) and the 2-Hand Manual
-Currently testing for Perkins-Roman CVI Range Endorsement
